Summit Suing Bath & Body Works Over "Twilight Woods"

You didn't know that Summit Entertainment owns the word "Twilight" - psssh, where have you been?!

Don't you remember that time they tried to claim copyright of Twitarded's logo? Because they totally own all variations of the word "Twi" - sucks to be you Twitter, keep an eye out for angry looking mail.

Well now, because Summit apparently needs more money, the production house is suing Bath & Body Works over their Twilight Woods collection:

The retailer says it's under threat from Summit Entertainment because its lotions and other bathroom products allegedly rip off the design and color palate of "Twilight" promo materials.

Confusion in the marketplace? Summit allegedly thinks so. Now Bath & Body Works has beat Summit to the courthouse to stake its claim in federal court in Manhattan.

Dear Summit... we want actual Breaking Dawn set pics - give us some TwiCrack! Thanks, the Fandom xoxo

Dear Summit,

I know you're keeping security on the Breaking Dawn set super tight, etc and I understand why...

However, I can't help but feel - especially after the promo h00ring that happened around New Moon filming - that you should throw us something to keep us going.

We, the Fandom, want to see updates of interest rather than having to repost random (if hawt) flashbacks.

I mean really, are super far pics through various layers of fencing and barricades all we're worth to you after the years of faithful following? It keeps us strong, like tofu if you will, but never fully satisfies...

Come on, how about just one abstract shot of vampire Bella - just a lil David Slade style Twitpic?

Thanks for... something?

- Lorabell ;)

P.s. I can't help but feel that throwing us the occasional fix would deter so many from set-stalking... maybe... but don't take my word on that.

Is this (FINALLY) the Breaking Dawn logo? Let's discuss...

I'm trying to remember whether this has been post about before but - even though it hasn't officially been announced yet - could this from Summit's official site be the Breaking Dawn logo?

The navigation bar along the top of the site shows the previously released Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse logos - it appears that Breaking Dawn is in an almost white.

The blue Twilight represented the ethereal coldness of being introduced to the world of vampires, the orange New Moon contrasted with the natural warmth of the Wolves, as the gray and red of Eclipse clashes the two as fire and ice.

Will this (apparent) Breaking Dawn logo serve Part 1 as the white of the wedding then Isle Esme's dazzling sun and sand, before Bella's gaunt and pale pregnancy; and then Part 2 as the brilliant light dawning over the horizon over the white snow?
