2011 MTV Movie Awards--Voting Now Open!

A few weeks ago I posted about voting for the MTV Movie Awards... Well, Twi-Hards, you all did great! A ton of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse moments made the cut. Voting for the real awards started today at noon. VOTE HERE!!

The Twilight Saga Eclipse is nominated for the following--

Best Kiss- Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart

Best Kiss- Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart

Best Fight-Robert Pattinson Vs Bryce Dallas Howard and Xavier Samuel

Best Breakout Star- Xavier Samuel

Best Female Performance- Kristen Stewart

Oscar Surprise That Did Not "Blow Peoples' Minds"

Prior to this year's Oscars, Summit confirmed that no Twilight cast were attending the event but fans could look forward to a very special surprise...

As mildly amusing as this snipet was, exciting it is not *hmfp*

Confirmed No Twilight Cast At Oscars BUT we do get a very exciting surprise!!!

Word on the Twi-web is that Summit have confirmed NO Twilight cast will be appearing at this Sundays Oscars.

So if Rob and Kristen are in LA, we won't we seeing them on the red carpet *siiigh*

HOWEVER, as previously post, we can look forward to a super massive Twilight surprise that will (quote) "blow people's minds"...

OMG, I hope it's vampire Bella!!!

Oscar Surprise for Twilight Fans! Could it be... a Breaking Dawn Teaser?!

Although there's no word that Rob, Kristen and Taylor (as well as last year Best Supporting Actress nominee, Anna Kendrick) will be attending this year's Academy Awards, being busy filming here up in Vancouver, TwiCrackers can apparently look forward to a surprise at this Sunday's show!

Oscar's producer Bruce Cohen teases about a surprise (see 4.30 above) for Twilight fans *holds breath* could it be a Breaking Dawn teaser??? Eeek!

Kellan Lutz is my sweetie anyway and at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC he's going Zoolander on Rosalie's ex fiance, Jack Huston - room service, B&%@$!

Not only that but Mr Ashley Greene (aka Joe Jonas), Zac Efron -and some really awesome dude wearing a kitten hat - showed style how it's done.

Now that's a club manwich I'd like to snack on - nom!

Muse - Resistance won Best Rock Album (presented by Paramore) and performed "Uprising" which was decidedly not used for Eclipse

The Black Keys - track from Brothers won Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals

Water For Elephants director, Francis Lawrence - Lady Gaga, Bad Romance won Best Short Form Music Video

Other Twitasticness included Cee Lo Green - of Eclipse soundtrack "What Part of Forever" - performing "Forget You"... with Gwyneth Paltrow! I know right?

First Breaking Dawn Footage To Be Released At ComicCon 2011?!

So in the unlikely case you didn't know - considering passes sold out in under three hours (2 months, 4 failed attempts and three hours) for Comic Con 2011 - the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn cast are rumoured to be at the event as well as releasing footage in San Diego this July 21-24th.

According to The HD Room:

This year's Comic-Con in particular is poised to be perhaps the biggest yet. In a battle of screaming female tweens versus comic book faithful, Summit Entertainment will present new footage and the stars of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1

We'll have to see whether the cast can handle this much crazy, but I'd be surprised if Summit didn't through we TwiCrackers some sort of bone - even though, the first official Breaking Dawn trailer is expected to be released at the MTV Movie Awards over a month before on June 5th.

However, can I please request now: No Screaming!
