Magic of Oz Has Bunny Power!

The Magic of Oz sim has a hunt going on! There are gifts from Silent Sparrow, Schadenfreude, Katat0nik...basically tons of places. I had planned on taking pictures of all of the items but my computer seems to have crapped out so I only got pictures of a few things D: Hopefully you get the idea though because everything rocks!

To get the prizes you go to the landing point and grab a basket. You wear the basket and wander around the sims looking for gold coins that appear randomly. When you see them click right away as only one person can get them until the next appears!

When you have gathered enough coins you can select a store from which to get a prize. Then you wear the object you receive, go to the store, click the candy dish, grab your prize and off you go to get more coins and start over! It's a long process but I find it's really fun to go with a friend and just be silly and take pictures and stuff while looking :) There are two sims to cover, Magic of Oz and Ozimals.

Once again, there are tons of prizes that I didn't get to photograph due to computer suckage. There are dresses, tattoos, tiny avatars, furniture, garden items, jewelry...just tons of great stuff. Go grab it!

Fun in the Box

I logged on to my favorite alt to find many fun things! The sky box I am in is great. It's very simple, but wonderfully constructed. The tree is a demo that was sent to the Forest Feast subscriber (the demo versions are no copy so they are like gifts you can use! Their plants are AMAZING and I pretty much only buy my trees and flowers there these days.) and I love having trees indoors, I don't know why :P The natural vibe of the sky box worked well with this group gift skirt from Parallel Love too. I think I have to go back and buy this skirt in all colors...the quality is very high.

The pen around my neck makes me happy. Look at how I am smiling! It is a gift from Sanu that gives Christmas themed scribble tattoos when clicked by anyone. The snowflakes and presents and such you see on my body throughout the post are those tattoos. The skin I am wearing is the latest group gift from Rotten Toe. The items at Rotten Toe just keep getting better by the day, seriously.

Another skin I got is a group gift from Romi skins. Romi are in my top five fave skin stores, so I was really sad to hear that they are closing their main store on December 15th. I hope things in the owner's life turn out well so it can be opened again not too long after! For now though the skins are extremely reduced in cost. The last two lines are 400L, but all the previous skins are maximum 100L. And they do MALE skins too. You hear that guys? MALE. Yes. Male skins for 100L. Awesome. Also very awesome is this tiger hat from Cutie Honey. It is the Snow Flake hunt prize and I have a feeling I won't be taking it off for a while :P

Well, hope everyone can pass on the info to new people that they don't need to get stolen full perm goodies from crappy malls, if they want pretty things free they can get them from real, generous, legitimate, fabulous content creators. I know it's hard to be a new player who just wants to try out SL without putting money into at first and looking all busted and fug...seeing all that free stuff in the biab malls that looks so nice compared to the stuff you start with, no wonder so many newbs are seen wearing stolen goods! That is why these campaigns are important. get the info. out and let people know there are other options, send them the links to this blog and to the other good blogs out there! Give them LMs to legitimate free shops! All of that. Education is our strongest weapon against the support of content theft. Public Service Announcement Over :P

AHA!!! There you are! It's time for another post from one of my alts so have a seat. This is my only TRUE alt, my other me, Xonx. She likes cute stuffs. So be prepared for some girly and sweet! OH WAIT! I have something for guys too. But it's still kind of girly looking because SilenHE is a girly man. Anyway, enough jibber jabber and on to the goodies.
If you have room in you group slots I would reccomend adding Parallel Love. This store is very generous with the gifties, and even their regular priced items fall in the 10L-50L range for the most part. And they are super cute. So that's good. All three dress are from Parallel Love and you should get them now.Striped Dresses: Both in the Parallel Love lucky board (the same dress actually, just different skirt options. And of course you need some fabulous hair and accessories! And no freebie post these days is complete without some sort of hunt reference, am I right? Haha. So this should fill your gaping void. The fabulous creator behind Sanu has been having some RL issues and has been away for a while. We wish her the super best!! But for now she has set us up with a cute mini quest. This is not a regualr hunt. You buy the carrot for 0L on the mailbox and read the story. The story will lead you to different carrots which you will buy for 1L each. In the end you get all three pieces of carrot jewelry, as well as an adorable tale. It's pretty easy and lots of fun. Carrot Jewelry: Sanu quest prizes, 1L each piece.

And finally, a guy bit. (I accidently typed "guy butt" at first which was funny but not true.) If you go to this awesome shopping center on the Brackish sim and add them to your picks you can get fairly frequent picks rewards prizes (changes every couple months or so). Right now there is a pretty necklace and this male skin! The skin is by Little Bird, whom I usually know for their female skins, but this skin was too good not to get even if I don't generally play a male av. And no, I wasn't making out with myself, the kiss mark is part of the skin ;D

Corny Cupcakes

Like all critters in the world, there are many different species to one family line. Cats for instance. You got big ones, small ones, beautiful ones and fugly ones. There are alot of cats!

Here today I show you Mercornulus Brighticus.


These Mythical Unicorns evolved to live in the sea. They still have horns and glitter, just lack the hooves. Some still have kept wings, tho they are merely for show now, to attract mates.

They are still a rather show lot, and will strike a pose if asked nicely

As with their land brethren, they keep themselves as colourful as possible.

CUPCAKES!

OMG there have been so many. But these are super cute ones, and tho I'm so not into this stuff, there tends to be pastels associated with cupcakes(and pink . . . gag me now!), I do enjoy a good bunny anything.

SHHHHHH no telling people I like bunnies! i have an image to keep you know. At least my hair is spikey enough to gouge out eyes!

I was still in rainbow mode, post unicorniness, so I wore a rainbow skin I recently found. To tanned, but I can deal with that for a day.

I got this shirt and matching cupcake from a wishing well at Elate!, just throw in a linden and you get a prize.

You get the Bunny and Panda by nomnoming a big ass cuppy at Sanu. I managed to make it to one of her mini parties, and scored a few of these babies when it was set to 5 minute waits. You can't just climb back on, cause well you'd get everything so fast! you got to work for it a bit. They are trans, so you can trade, or give away you extras. Last I heard, there were 72 prizes in there.
