Inside the adidas store in Greenbelt 3, we met actress Maja Salvador during the miadidas launch. She was there tinkering with a computer, designing her own pair of adidas rubbershoes. That's what miadidas is all about, customization. And like other celebs such as Karylle and basketball players, you too can make your pair of adidas uniquely yours.
Of course, I just had to ask Maja some questions about beauty, fashion, and her new short hair :)
You can now catch her in a new TV series called Impostor. I like Maja, she's friendly and always smiling. It's just a breeze talking to her.

The two guys were extremely nice and handsome that I couldn't do anything but just record what transpired during a short Q&A session with them. (Looks like my husband stole my video credit and put his name on it! oh well x.x)

Texas Roadhouse Grill is probably the best modern-western saloon in the metro that offers urban cowboys and cowgirls the real flavors of the West. Starting with their thematic interior design, wooden panels and rustic photos/posters that seem to come from a cowboy movie are in place. Start your food trip with the Jessie James Sampler. The serving is good to share for around 3 persons and is composed of fish crispers, cheese crispers, and buffalo wings. The cheese crispers are the most fun to eat with melted and chewy mozarella cheese in crispy egg wrap. Reminds of cheese sticks that we loved to eat during highschool. The buffalo wings' spiciness comes at the end of the bite and is perfect with the garlic sauce. The fish crispers are just okay.

The rib eye steak as seen on the video is very tender and is best served in medium doneness. It is really very juicy and rich in marbling, read: melted fat that packs in a lot of flavor and melt in your mouth texture. It is great that the steak is served with seasoned vegetables for a healthier twist. This meal is great but would be really even greater if the steak got just a little bit thicker for die hard steak fans.

If you are having the rib eye steak, try to have it with their satisfying corn soup. The serving of the soups are just right and will give you ample tummy space for your steak. The corn soup has soft corn kernels and corn flakes that gives off the grainy yet creamy texture that is fun to have.

It comes with fresh crispy veggies and a cup of white rice. The milkfish aka bangus is fresh and juicy, the skin is intact but does not have the fishy taste and scaly texture.
Pasta lovers will drool on the sight of the Baked Fish Napolitana, which has creamy melted mozarella cheese that clings to the fresh crispy fillet. Hmm yum, yum. The pasta is lightly buttered but we wish that this is also available with rice.

This meal costs around Php 150++ and is reasonable enough to get one going as much as a comfort food. The egg is cooked perfectly sunny side up, with the yolk freshly oozing once you stick your spoon on it. The hash brown style corned beef is crispy but chewy inside - a nice serving of protein. The garlic rice is really garlicky and tempting enough to be devoured, but half a serving of it is better (well for us who want to look malnourished ;)

What's great about Whistlestop is the availability of authentic Green Tea, our Chinese friends recognized it right away. Authentic means effective, effective at melting away fat at that.
