Nikki Reed's New Smiley Sweetheart - Cute Couple Alert!

I've been watching Idol regularly this year (I'm totes rooting for Casey and Lauren) but somehow missed that finalist, Paul McDonald is dating our own Nikki Reed O_o

McDonald who was cut from American Idol Thursday night, has a super sexy shoulder to cry on in his new girlfriend Nikki Reed.
“She’s super cool, she’s super smart and a really cool girl,” the 26-year-old Nashville native gushed. Nikki, 22, plays the gorgeous vampire Rosalie alongside Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in the Twilight Saga movies. “I’m happy with it. We’ve been hanging out here and there, we’re both pretty busy but it’s been fun so far.”

Since Nikki only juuust finished filming Breaking Dawn up in Vancouver, I have no idea how she found the time but actually think they make a really cute couple... and anything's better than that Paris dude from before *cringe*

Breaking Dawn Cast Heads Back To L.A.

PAP PIC WARNING!

Some of the Breaking Dawn cast just happened to be photographed in various airports. Some were leaving Vancouver while others were arriving in L.A. I cannot believe that filming is thisclose to be completely over. I am hoping so Isle Esme re shoots in Florida are in the future. I am ready to peacefully and non-stalkerish set stalk! --Ashes ;) P.S.- I put up pics with the everyone smiling! I did not post the pictures of Nikki Reed... It was quite clear she did not want to be photographed.

Nikki Reed Models for H&M's Fashion Against AIDs Collection

Not only is girlfriend is looking gooooood *zee snap* but Nikki is joining together with celebrities for a great cause:

Artists from the worlds of film and music are supporting Fashion Against AIDS (FAA) this Spring, H&M’s and Designers Against AIDS’s (DAA) mutual initiative to help spread the message of safe sex and HIV/AIDS prevention to young people around the globe.

Selma Blair, Penn Badgley, Keri Hilson, Sky Ferreira, Akon, Nikki Reed, Ginnifer Goodwin, Scissor Sisters, Shiloh Fernandez and The Misshapes are among the celebrities involved in this year’s FAA collection, which for 2011 is a unisex range.

The collection is available online and in H&M’s Divided department from April 26th, with 25% of sales donated to the charity Designers Against AIDS (DAA) and various other international HIV/AIDS prevention projects. The FAA campaigns have so far raised more than 41 million Swedish krona.

Nikki Reed & Catherine Hardwicke at Red Riding Hood LA Premiere

All hail, Gary Oldman!

Nikki attended the LA premiere of super-bestie, Catherine Hardwicke's new film, which I can NOT wait to see, Red Riding Hood.

The movie stars the almost Edward Cullen, Shiloh Fernandez (soooo glad for that non-casting) and could have been Rosalie Hale, Amanda Seyfried (there's a 30% chance it's already raining).

Awww, Breaking Dawn Cast Visit Baton Rouge Childrens Hospital!

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I looove when Twilighters take time to give back :) especially at Christmas!

Nikki, Kellan, Elizabeth and PFach (natch) took time out of their busy Breaking Dawn filming schedule to visit the children's hospital in Baton Rouge :)

Nikki Reed Walks for AIDS at Hanson Concert

Rosalie and Taylor Hanson? I think my world just imploded! What would I pay for these two to have babies - dang you, Taylor and your charmingly high-school sweetheart marrying ways - just kill my dream why don't you.

End rant.

Nikki was spotted at the pop trio's concert in Virgina - having recently blogged about loving the Hanson boys and their music - and apparently participated in their Take The Walk initiative for AIDS awareness.

Twilight Turn-out at Spike Scream Awards 2010

Update: It appears Rob also won his category last night and took home the award for Best Actor in a Fantasy movie - whoop!

As well as Kristen winning for Best Fantasy Actress, Eclipse also scooped Best Fantasy Film at the 2010 Spike Scream awards!

New Pics - Twilight Cast Attend Scream Awards 2010 - will Kristen show?

Nikki and Jackson turned up at the Scream Awards 2010 in LA tonight.

Apparently Ashley's meant to be there too - natch - but there's mixed reports as to whether Kristen's attending after all...

Having arrived in Louisiana last night and heading to NYC soon, I wouldn't be surprised if she was a no show :(

Whoop - according to @GossipCop:

Nikki Reed will be in attendance at the Scream 2010 ceremony.

Gossip Cop has learned that Robert Pattinson will NOT be at the show.

UPDATE – 10/14/10 -Ashley Greene has just been added to theScream 2010 event.

ORIGINAL POST – 10/7/10 -Kristen Stewart is among the stars just added to Scream 2010.

The event airs on Spike TV on Tuesday, October 19.

In another Twi-tastic turn of events, bloggy-buds Alison and Kim over at TwiFans are going to be on the Scream carpet... not that I'm jealous or anything ;)

Nikki Reed to Design Jewelery Line

According to a interview Nikki did with In Touch at the recent Swatch launch she hosted, the actress, director and screen-writer is now turning jewelery designer:

“I’m working on collaborating with someone to create a line because I’m really into jewelry,” she told In Touch at the Swatch New Gent Collection launch at New York’s Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel on October 6.

What can fans expect from a Nikki-influenced collection? “I’m super into this skull thing right now,” she said.

Nikki Reed Run Down - "Heading to Breaking Dawn Set in Under A Week"

Nikki's doing some uncharacteristic promo lately - not only was she at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party the other night, but she hosted the launch of Swatch's "New Gent's" collection, did "5 seconds with our favourite vampire" and shoot with Nylon Magazine and an interview with Hollywood Life:

“I’m headed out there [to New Orleans] in just over a week,” she said...
So, what can we expect from Rosalie? Nikki said she wants fans to see the sympathetic side of her vampire character and hopes to humanize her. “I cross my fingers I can do it accurately.”
In order to get back in to character, she said she re-read the book, Breaking Dawn and she has acting classes scheduled for next week and plans to prep up until she goes off to New Orleans!
“I went through it last month once I got the scripts just to make sure nothing was missing.”

Looks like things are kicking into gear for Breaking Dawn pretty quick - eeek!

Nikki Confirms Breaking Dawn South America Film Location for Isle Esme?

Bruises and feathers and headboards, oh my!

According to Hollywood Life *raises eyebrow* Nikki has let slip that Breaking Dawn will definitely be filming in South America - likely Brazil for Isle Esme:

“They are filming a few days [in South America], but I’m not there,” the 22-year-old actress confirmed to HollywoodLife.com exclusively at the LA premiere of her new film, Last Day of Summer, Sept. 22. “It’s Bella and Edward’s honeymoon.”
