Bewitched

Today I felt like ditching the whole traditional black witch thing for this gorges smoky plum, feathery gown that you can grab for free at Cover Girl. A free floppy hat by Djinn & Tonic, a free broomstick + a striking $10L metallic plum makeup layer added festive touches; some free classic 2-row pearls classed it up a notch.
A word about this pose: there's a nice 5-pose set for free by Idea Motus that's way fun for us photogs (i.e., a bit different than your usual ho-hum standing variety, especially if you experiment with different angles). Most def worth a scoop!

Twinkle, Twinkle, Night Bazaar

Today I wanted to take a break from the usual weekend sales routine + tell you about the supercute "Twinkle Night Bazaar" that just opened, where everything is $50L + under.
I'm showing a few things that I thought were particularly pretty. This $50L dress by Tomoto looked plain on the sign; boy am I glad I did a 2nd look. The star-strewn, floaty chiffon top layer makes this tank dress sooo fun to wear. -- I couldn't resist this $35L Duboo starry headband either. Hee.

Speaking of hair things, I'm a Big Time sucker for hair accessories + I absolutely must show you 1 of the cutest hair corsages ever, that you can win in a variety of colors in a $35L per play gatcha. A "floaty" halo of golden stars moves when you wear this thing (!) Ahhh-dorables.
This way fun piece of black lace confectionery was $50L by Un Jour. This is another bouncy skirt with tremendous movement.
The gloriously inky angels' wings back tat (see the pic below) + vintage silver earrings I'm wearing are both free (check the Styling Credits for particulars).

This is really unique bazaar is all walkable on an upwards sloping hill (there's a free pair of kimono-like clogs at your right near the bottom starting point). Other gifties are available for free or cheap (actually, some of the cutest things aren't clothes, like a $25L hand fan by Dustarrz that comes with a self-fanning animation)! There's also a free blue short hair (near the top of the hill) for anyone into the fun costumey thing.

Kiss Me, I'm Irish! Or At Least, Green.

St. Patty's Day is everybody's fave time to slip on something green, and this month's $1L suuuperlowriders jeans gift from Cynful (which covers, well basically, none of the buttie at all) were a ready-made excuse for moi to throw together a greenies look.
This fabby skin from La Vie landed in my do-not-miss pile. The skin is part of an entire avi (including the skin, vest + panties shown here) that's available for $1L (another one for guys too). -- The stage queen-heavy brows, frex + full lips come together to compose an expressive face; plus I like this all-over body tattoo, especially the Celtic patterns adorning the backs of the hands.

St. Patty's got creators busting out all sorts of fun things, like these fun oversized green sketchbooks by BP that you can hold.
I want to point out my earrings from the Talisman store (a store that is new to me). Creator Hazel Kyrgyz has set out a wall of jewelery for $1L or free. Some of these pieces are just for fun (like the burnt toast earrings in the Styling Credits below) but these pretty peacock feather + yellow gold ones were too cute to pass up.
Who doesn't need a standing pose with 1 hand on hip? This one's $1L for the next month or so, courtesy of Free*Style's own Suri Christen for Doll. Some 'tude is necessary in life.

Minidress Me

Today I wanna show you 2 free pretty minidresses worth scooping. Lotsa images so let's get to showing!

This first baby pink, lace-trimmed number can be found for free in the Ema's Secret subscribo (you can win 3 more colors of this dress in the MM board too) + is one of my favie things -- a minidress that blurs the line between a dress + lingerie. Dressgerie? LOL.
This back tat is one of the three $1L tattoo gifts at HUZ-Tats (I'm showing another one below). I'm fairly picky about angels wings + the intricacy here makes these a total standout. Since I wanted the lacey dress textures to really pop, I kept the accessories to a minimum -- adding only a Noju rose barette + the free new bejeweled bangle gift from Donna Flora. Free shiny icy-pink boots from Mz. Shoes finished this look.

The skin I'm wearing is the new Belleza group "Alyson" group gift that's been all over the feeds + was first posted by Gidge here. There's a $250L fee to join, but you get several skin tones with cleavage + other options, so even for frugalistas, it's a total grab.
Belleza creator Tricky Boucher has told me that he personally prefers blonde hair, so I'm wearing this pretty light blonde style from Magika with his fantastic skin here. *mwuahs Tricky* This modern, layered bob is part of the free fatpack containing tons of styles near the Magika entryway (+ for each style, you get the color fatpack!) So fun for mixing up your look.

This free MM board minidress by Relentless Couture/Volt is like a visit to my fashion happy place. The bright, colorful "splashes" popping thruout this silvery metallic material is just superfun. This "Cookie" side updo bun hair I'm wearing is one of 2 new styles included in the current free gift at Hairy Situations. -- Now I realize that this style is more than a little Princess Leia retro, but the soft brown color + loose curly tendrils are just so darn cute.
Check out the particularly cheeky bottom on this minidress: the buttie is having a grand day out in this thing.
