It's Alice Time!

With the release of the new Tim Burton Alice movie we are seeing lots of Alice things and I, personally, approve.
I like the darkened versions especially so I wanted to do a more punk version and I think the riot vend corsets from DV8 are great for it!
As I was deciding what hair to wear for this Black maria sent out a group gift! Perfecto! I love pointy bangs!!The Alice jewelry from Monkee is my favorite set ever. It is! So while not free, it is still a great deal at 69L a piece :)

This sweater is actually meant for men but I love it, hehe. The Tea Lane hair actually comes in a fat pack. There is an optional color change fishy on the back of the bun for all you nekos, mermaids, and 7Seas fishers, haha.

First up, the freebies. In the picture above, I feel like a chic pixie-haired rocker. It's a good feeling.

I Got Eated.

So Reasonable Desires has done it again! More high quality, ultra sexy lingerie on the cheap! The latest set is only 20L...and tintable!! Having a tintable set is basically having a fat pack of colors. I set the colors to red and blue, my fave colors for lingerie, to show you. You need this set. It comes with garters and no garters option so woot for joy!

The hair I am wearing with the sets is free for members of the Exile update group. The red hair is the female version and the darker hair is the male hair, but really they could both be worked unisex style. Just activate your tag in store and touch the boxes to receive. OH! And the cute necklace I am wearing? Free for a limited time from DM Designs in honor of Mother's Day. DM Designs actually has a pretty good selection of 1L and free items, 10L sale items, and the owner often gives gifts to group members. It is definatly a place to check if you are into jewelry.

And did you notice me getting eaten up in the first picture? Well, you too can be devoured whole by a plant! And for free! Stop by Atargatis (one of the best places for mermaid gear in SL, in my humble opinion) and leave a suggestion with the mermaid to get this for freeeee. The plant will be delviered by hand when the messages are received. You can leave any message, though suggestions are most desired. Well, maybe some awesome friendly hellos too!

You're a Cutie, Honey!

One of the sweetest stores on the grid, Cutie Honey, has a lot going on these days! I logged onto my alt of joy to find several messages from the Cutie Honey group. Yay! Always makes me happy to see. All of the messages were filled with fabulousness.

First up, Cutie Honey is participating in the Gorean RFL Grid Wide hunt. This hunt only goes through tomorrow, but then starts again later (it's complicated...pick up the info note card for a better explanation downstairs at Cutie Honey). You are looking for a gold sculpted star. You can buy the box for 0L that you find near it and leave a donation in the star for RFL :D (Some of the other stores in this hunt did it differently, where you have to pay a minimum doantion of 1L to get the prize.) Cutie Honey has this super adorable "zebra" dress, which just is filled with awesome sauce.

Next up, LOOK AT MY OUTFITS!!!!!!!!! I HAZ CANDYYYYYY! OK...am I obsessed with SL foods? Yes. In fact, my personal blog I have been working on is devoted exclusively to SL foods. If I could marry them...well...watch out RL hubby :P HAHA. SO, yes, if you join the Cutie honey group you can do a 15 minute item camp for each outfit. The dinosaur one makes me giggle. Now...one more picture then I need to go get some Hershey's. :P

One of the other group freebies in store is this set of two ice bar bags! When you click on them they deliver you (or anyone else who clicks them) a random ice cream treat! Share the love!! the treat disappears after 5 minutes, but hey, so do real ones! Heehee. There is text on the bag too that you can change to say anything you want, such as "Xonx's Lick Sticks" as mine did.
