A Wee Bit O' Refreshment Never Hurt Anybody (Happy New Years Y'All)!

This New Year's Eve, Creamy, Gavin + I ran into a good old new friend: a certain Mr. Jose. Cuervo.
Here we are enjoying the "liquid gold" tastiness at Kitchen Korner (click on the maid to get these free tequila shots, complete with lime, salt licking + dazed look animation). That's Dame Creamy on the right (note the excellent "slugger arm" technique) + our friend Brainy Toe lurking in the corner (not really his name; it was "Brain" appendage something, but we were all pretty zonged at this point).

As you can see, Gavin appears to have smelled something questionable here (it wasn't me, I swear). *silently points to Brainy Toe*

Likka House Anniversary Gift

Likka House has been around three years now. That's a long time for an SL store to be around and it's easy to see why. The styles are always fun and the quality is great. Not to mention the low prices!

The hair is from the Amacci crazy colors sale. All of the crazy color packs are only 35L! I know I need to go back and get more.

Dreams Sale Plus Some Hair and Skin!

Man, I love Achariya's posts. Always hate to blog after her because I want her posts on the top xD Anyway, *Dreams* is having a 50% off or more sale right now. They have some great basic pieces and the prices are super low. Like, 7L-for-a-corset low!

There are tons of colors and patterns available but I chose the fall colors because I am in that kind of leaves-pumpkins-toffee-bonfire type of mood these days.

The hair is a hunt gift at the For the Love of Halloween event from Mina. Look for two gray leaves stacked together. The sim is entirely gray so...have fun finding it LOL! The skin is a subscriber gift from Amacci and seriously has awesome lips. I may have to go check out more of their skins and see if all the lips rocks this much!

Hippie Hippie Shakes (Update!)

So in RL I am much more into punk, psychobilly, goth, etc. than I could ever be into the whole...neo-hippie thing. But Sn@tch released this cute summery outfit for their group gift and it might get me to start feeling the earth mother vibes and whatnot.

The hair is a free gift from Amacci to subscribers. It was notice number two when I checked to see if it was still available for redelivery. The necklace is a group gift from Happy Finds. Love this store and they are really generous with gifts and sales.

Crissy is Cozy

I have to admit...I have gotten notices about freebies at Crissy Designs before and thought the items looked cute but never went. This time I couldn't resist the cozy sweater dress gift! The gifty includes the dress and scarf, which are shown, as well as leg warmers that I didn't show because I wanted to show you these cool boots...

The boots are one of TWO pairs you can get from the MM board at DV8. I love the little skull and cross details which are obvious enough to complete a kick ass subcultural outfit of doom and subtle enough to wear with a cozy comfy dress like the one I have on. Also check out the riot vendors which have more shoes and go down to 25L, and the group gift which is a pair of shoes as well. SHOES.
