According to the very, very trustworthy Gossip Cop, Sam Clafin is set to play Kristen Stewart's prince in her new film Snow White and the Huntsman. Kristen will be starring as Snow White and Charlize Theron is set to be the Evil Queen.

Update: It seems this is a different Snow White movie to "The Huntsman" version - confusing much!

Word's still out on any Prince Charming role to play opposite Kristen and reportedly Viggo Mortensen has dropped out as the huntman :/

In Snow White and The Huntsman, of course! While I hate to have Perez Hilton as a source, he has some deets on the new Snow White flick.

Apparently Kristen Stewart's new leading man will be---Armie Hammer.

You may remember him from the movie The Social Network. Also, Julia Roberts is set to play the evil queen. I am really excited about this movie!

Producer of Snow White & The Huntsman, @PaleksPatel has confirmed that Kristen is set to play Snow White in the new movie adaptation of the fairy tale!

Upon reading the script, Patel immediately became excited at the possibilities. This would be the reinvention of the fairytale, and it would have “the scope of being a big tent pole studio movie.” Over the course of the summer of 2010, Patel and Daugherty met to flesh out the script by creating back stories for the characters, specifically for the Evil Queen. Daugherty’s original script focused on the Huntsman, but the creative process expanded it to a broader theme- the notion that “people aren’t born evil; they turn evil” In other words, what happened to make the Evil Queen the way she is?

Kristen Offered Snow White - Exclusive! OK, *now* I'll post this...

OK, so a week or so ago @BettingOnAlice1 brought it to my attention that Kristen was rumoured to be playing Snow White in a new movie version "Snow White & The Huntsman".

But because we hear a million rumours a day about what movie various Twi-cast may or may not be in, I left it alone until we had some proof.

So now, The Hollywood Reporter are stating that:

The deal is not done and could still fall apart, but both sides want it to happen.

Stewart is a name that Universal kept coming back to since acquiring the project. Still, it went through a series of screen tests with actresses such as Riley Keough, Felicity Jones and Alicia Vikander. As The Hollywood Reporter previously reported, Stewart was still being courted as late as last week, and Universal finally made an offer over the weekend.

If Universal are making offers, I'll post (and keep my fingers crossed because I think she would be fricking EPIC in this role!) ...plus this pic just makes it worth it :)
