Make Him Over.

There have been plenty of hunts in the past months, well, especially in the past 6 months or so. People would freak out and trawl through the lag all over the grid to finish the massive hunts. I, myself, couldn't possibly do it. I always ran out of time, or didn't really have the positive energy to carry myself onward and do the hunts.

I also found, from the hunts I did complete, that they were really aimed at the girlies. And the boys followed their loved ones or friends around, disappointed at the lack of men's gifts.
While this has changed with each and every hunt, and more and more designers now cater for the male hunter, I have news for your men who read this blog, or for the woman who wants her man to not miss out on all the fun!

The Make him Over hunt is about to begin! A month of hunting goodness to keep those men happy!

From the 1st till the 30th of June, Men, de-prim and get hunting!

Here is some info I received in a note card,
'As you know most hunts are 95% of time oriented towards women so the objective of MHO hunt is to get men involved in the hunt while exposing them to quality stores that they many not be familiar with. '

You can check out the Make Him Over Hunt blog for a list of all the stores and designers participating. There is about 150 stores, which is lots of time for you boys to go and find some new stores!

I am still sick and the sim where my store was got sold without my knowledge and I have to set up everything AGAIN so I am going to make this quick (sorry done with the whining :P) but because it's a quick post doesn't mean the items aren't awesome. Best Kiss Fake-Out (No Make-Out) + Pics of Twilight Cast Accepting Awards

Much to my chagrin, no making-out on-stage to celebrate MTV Movie Award Best Kiss win:

Pattinson leaned into the mic and announced that he had to take the gum out of his mouth. OME — were these two about to reenact their big screen kiss for the MTV viewers? It wouldn't have been the first time. In 2007, Will Ferrell and Sacha Baron Cohen made out passionately onstage. Could it be happening again?

Pattinson and Stewart stared at each other, steeling themselves for a kiss. He moved in, she moved in. They closed their eyes. They touched noses. And then ... Stewart turned to the mic and declared, "Thank you so much!"

Movie Awards Insider Shelly Speechless After Seeing New Moon Trailer Early

Lucky duck! The rest of us will have to wait until 9 pm EST. Shelly blogs:

HOLY MOLY, people! I just had another amazing surprise this morning. I got to watch the “New Moon” trailer that will be airing on Sunday during the big show (airing live at 9 p.m. ET). Amazing! I loved it! It looks like director Chris Weitz has tried to incorporate as many elements from the book as possible, and — no worries — the vamps all look great. I was completely speechless at first. Maybe it was just that good. Maybe it was the “top secret” feel of the whole thing. Maybe I’m just a closet Twilighter like so many others. Who knows? What ever the case may be, you will have to tune in Sunday to see it for yourself.

Billy Burke Blows-off Romance Rumors and Mistakenly Thinks We'd Find RPattz's Goofinesss Less Appealing

Celebuzz dishes on Billy Burke, who calls B.S. on all those RobSten romance rumors to E!Online:

"As far as I know, I'm gonna say bulls--t," Billy Burke said at Melanie Segal's MTV Movie Awards gift suite. "I'm not buying it. Please!"

Interesting. Then again, when do dads (even movie ones) ever know what the kids are really up to?

Burke just returned from filming New Moon in Vancouver, where he and Rob sometimes grabbed drinks at local dive bars.

So what's R.Pattz like when the cameras aren't rolling?

"He's a goofball," Billy said about Rob's real personality. "If people knew how much of a goofball he was, they wouldn't be falling all over the place. He doesn't take it all too seriously."

I love Charlie...wonder why there were never any Charlie sightings in Vancity!
