Spotted: Edward Cullen's NEW Volvo

Our friends over at TwiFans spotted Edward's Volvo for Breaking Dawn in Squamish. They have come to the conclusion that the Volvo being used this time is an S60R-9 design series.

Super Sad Panda - Bella Swan's House Being Deconstructed!

Visit while you can, TwiCrackers - the Swan house used for New Moon, Eclipse and now Breaking Dawn filming in outer Vancouver is being taken down :(

I'm actually surprised this isn't being left up for a couple of weeks in case of re-shoots...

If I had the cash, I'd build a replica home on this property - ca-ching!

Breaking Dawn Filming Deets - Production Continues at Petgill Lake, Vancouver

Update: It seems some local Petgill Lakeians drove by Breaking Dawn production yesterday - although the footage its-self isn't groundbreaking (if interesting) the commentary made me chuckle:

After being spotted a local movie theater for a showing of Red Riding Hood last night, Rob, Kristen and the Breaking Dawn cast are apparently continuing filming up at Petgill Lake.

Located about an hour's drive outside of metro Vancouver, @JudiShekoni (aka Zafrina) seems to have Twitpic from the same location yesterday that she thought they were filming "in heaven":

Perhaps this location is being used for when Zafrina uses her power to create images of surroundings on the Cullens during training...?

New Breaking Dawn Set Location Spotted in Vancouver?!

Update: With new pics from inside the Orpheum theater during set-up for Breaking Dawn shoot :)

Still no idea why they'd be using this... they shot the main J Jenks scene down in Baton Rouge - I would've thought they'd have wrapped that actor's scenes in one go - any reshoots would be after primary filming, no?

I'm starting to think this may be something to do with either a) the wedding, or b) the Volturi but bloggy-bud Mandy is thinking it could be some Edward flash-backs, which is probable considering extras have been spotted in 20s/30s attire.

My First 100 Monkeys Show - Jackson & Bananas Play Vancouver

So this past Friday I went to my first ever 100 Monkeys show.

I was excited to hear the band play live and have a good time with my buds in Vancouver but admit I was a little concerned I wouldn't be too into the tunes.

Now, earlier in the day I'd taken a friend who was visiting out to the Swan house set location, which was in full filming - big trucks, trailers, cranes plus view blocked by black covers, trees and torrential rain.

Although we did spy a Jasper stand-in/stunt-double so deduced that they were shooting the suspected "Edward's bachelor party" scene.

However, this meant that Jackson was running late for the show back downtown!

So there I was at Venue with @MandysMind, @Cupcakegirl76, @Red_Bella, @RobbedMyHeart and a Haleton of other pals and no Jackson.

The openers, Rags to Riches held up well - I chatted to them briefly at the merch table after the show and they were very sweet boys - even if they looked about twelve... seriously.

Then 4 of the Monkeys took to the stage, announcing a second show would be taking place down the street at Forum with their missing banana, Jackson.

We all relocated and the place perked up en masse when Jackson was in the house. The full band fiiiiiiinally took the stage around 1.30am!

Now, I heart me some Jackson ever since I got the chance to interview him in NYC but have gotta say I was impressed with the Monkey's stage presence as well as sound live:

Yup, I think I'd definitely see them in concert again :) they definitely made me... go bananas:

P.s. Sadly I wasn't able to make the in-store show the following afternoon so totes missed out on a meet and great - dangit!

Oooooh, New Cullen Cottage of Luuurve Set Decorations - March 4th

Since the suspected Cullen cottage was spotted, more set decorations have been going on in preparations for filming at the outer Vancouver location!

It looks like pretty rose trees are being added for that "fairy tale" effect - rather Snow White-esque, wouldn't you say?

Ooooh, New Vancouver Set Found - Cullen Back Yard/Training Field?!

Bloggy bud, MandysMind found another potential Breaking Dawn set here in Vancouver!

It looks to be the back of the Cullen's house - the most we've ever seen is out to the pool (who knew?!) at the end of New Moon or when Rosalie's out on the balcony in Eclipse (which is more to the side) overlooking the forest and river that the Cullen garden backs onto.

In the Breaking Dawn book a lot of vampire battle prep goes on in their yard - including Bella's arm wrestle with Emmett :)

Breaking Dawn Vancouver Filming Deets - What's filming where...?

According to Lainey, here are set and filming details whilst Breaking Dawn is filming in her native Vancouver...

Bella’s new vampire hunting
teaching the hybrid child about hunting
some sh-t in pretend-Alaska
something about Romanian vampires
something about a movie theatre and Edward’s flashback
Bella kicking Jacob’s ass
Jacob training baby wolves (this all sounds so ridiculous to write, is it as ridiculous to read?)
Bella practising her mind techniques
the father-son “baseball” conversation between Carlisle and Edward
the wedding (yes, the wedding) [LB - SQUEEE!]
a happy future family scene when the kid is all grown up
and the final scene of the saga which is, unless they change it in editing, the two lovers in the meadow.

Since Christmas at the Swan's isn't included we can assume the list isn't complete - it's also important to take Lainey with a hunk of salt!

Back at Christmas, we got a special treat from inside the Swan house and now local Vancouver set-stalkers have new photos of the Breaking Dawn location getting dressed for the holidays.

It seems we'll get some screen time with the new Cullen clan as Renesmee celebrates her first Christmas... Daddy Edward for the win :)

Dear Summit,

I know you're keeping security on the Breaking Dawn set super tight, etc and I understand why...

However, I can't help but feel - especially after the promo h00ring that happened around New Moon filming - that you should throw us something to keep us going.

We, the Fandom, want to see updates of interest rather than having to repost random (if hawt) flashbacks.

I mean really, are super far pics through various layers of fencing and barricades all we're worth to you after the years of faithful following? It keeps us strong, like tofu if you will, but never fully satisfies...

Come on, how about just one abstract shot of vampire Bella - just a lil David Slade style Twitpic?

P.s. I can't help but feel that throwing us the occasional fix would deter so many from set-stalking... maybe... but don't take my word on that.
