Laura got to see Jamie Campbell Bower perform with his band again -- and he REMEMBERED her from his previous concert! :-) Here is a quick excerpt:Read the rest of Laura's story and see videos over at radaronline.After the show, we waited for him to pack up and say hello to some industry types - that’s when we first spotted Charlie Bewley (“Demetri” in New Moon – bad vampire double bonus!) coming up to the stage to congratulate his friend on the great gig. Charlie saw me spot him and looked like he was waiting for me to do something, but I just smiled casually - I wanted to say hi to Jamie first: I’d see about Charlie later!
I called to Jamie to ask for a photo and he was really obliging, jumped off the stage and asked my name - I introduced myself and as we shook hands he said “you were at the last gig weren’t you? I remember you” I was like “good memory – yes I was – and, well you guys are really good! Are you going to be doing any bigger shows soon?” he said “yeah, we’re going to be going on tour with *** November/December time.”
He chatted with us for a few minutes and then we went to find Charlie, who was outside - I asked him for a photo and he said “sure - but I feel bad because it’s Jamie’s night” but then Jamie came and joined us and we got a couple of really fun group shots and Jamie said something along the lines of “it’s like a New Moon cast party right here!”. He then thanked us profusely for coming and said he’d hope to see us at the next gig – I can assure you, he will!"
