These adorable raincoat and boots are a free gift from Kloka and can be found at the Conseil Cafe, inside the information office. These sweet NOT sour lemon/lime accessories are some of the gatcha prizes from A.D.D. Andel for the second part of the Albero Summer Gatcha Festival. They're 35L a try and there's a nice variety of different prizes to win.
Here's another prize from the A.D.D. Andel machine, a cute nummy teabag! There are quite a few flavors to be won and even a few mystery prizes. \O/ 35L per play, good luck!
